“音乐界的毕加索”斯特拉文斯基的两部经典作品：《彼得鲁什卡》和《春之祭》都是爱乐者不可或缺的录音，《春之祭》更被英国《古典音乐杂志》评选为对西方音乐历史影响最大的50部作品之首。此外还有一首《烟火幻想曲》作为补白。
本专辑在录音上精益求精，是一张极具发烧特质的权威录音。后期更由于采用了Digital K2转录技术，不仅消除了母带上的杂讯，大大提升了唱片的品质，而且不惜工本使用了最发烧的24Bit／96Hz母盘重制，Cello厂研发之UV22的CD转制编码技术，音效有了极大的提高，现场感极为丰富，动态凌厉，令大师的经典录音重现光辉。
